Employee Mission Statement & Core Values
On April 12, 2011 town staff presented the Employee Mission Statement and Core Values to the Town Council and members of the public. The statement and core values are the result of the collaboration of the Management Team (Town Manager and Department Directors) and identify who we are, what we do, how we do it, and why we do it. A poster-size copy of the mission and core values is proudly displayed in Town Hall with the signatures of your public servants.

As employees of the Town of Strasburg, we will provide quality municipal services in an efficient, professional, and proactive manner in order to improve the quality of life for residents, businesses, and visitors while preserving the town’s historic and natural heritage.
Core Values
