About the Department
The Planning and Zoning Department is responsible for administering and enforcing the Town's Zoning and Subdivision regulations. In addition, the Department creates and updates the Community Plan, approves zoning permits, and reviews proposals for new development. If you have a development related question, need a permit, or want to report a zoning violation please contact us.
