Boards & Commissions
The Town of Strasburg government includes a number of boards, commissions, and committees that help guide the Mayor and Town Council on specific matters. The Mayor and Town Council recently reorganized the Council committee structure to include three standing committees: Infrastructure, Finance, and Ordinance. The Town also has a Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals which issue approvals and recommendations on zoning and land use related matters. The Architectural Review Board reviews proposals for improvements within the Town's Historic Districts. All of the boards and commissions consist of citizen volunteers which are appointed by the Mayor and Town Council.
