In accordance with the Northern Shenandoah Business Park Development Plan phase 1 infrastructure investment, the Town has been working to design a 1/2 mile road extension to connect Borden Mowery Drive (currently dead-ended) to Radio Station Road. The other components of the phase 1 infrastructure investment include the installation of a new water main line along the road extension, as well as a sanitary sewer main line to serve lots within the business park. This project is one step of many to come that will help attract business to Strasburg's Northern Shenandoah Business Park.
Status Updates
The Town of Strasburg received approval from the Virginia Department of Transportation for a Revenue Sharing Grant, that will cover 50% of the costs associated with the Borden Mowery Drive Extension Project.
