UDO Rewrite Home Zoning 101 About Materials
At its March 14, 2023 meeting, the Town Council directed staff to acquire the services of the consulting firm, Berkley Group to assist staff and council during the engagement process of the ordinance rewrite. The Planning Commission and Town Council will be holding meetings regarding the review and adoption of the new ordinance. There will be public hearings for the public to provide input.
Staff has completed the first full draft of the of the ordinance rewrite. In an effort to make the information easier to obtain, the current ordinance has ben broken down into individual documents. The documents that are new or revised are:
The Zoning Ordinance - new
The Subdivision Ordinance - new
The Administrative Procedures Manual (AMP) - new
The Technical Design Manual (TDM) – revised
